Frequently Asked Questions

Therapy is a personalized and collaborative process tailored to your unique needs. During sessions, we work together to develop a goal-oriented plan to address your concerns and aspirations. There is no one size fits all approach. Therapy often involves open and supportive conversations, guided by evidence-based techniques, to explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. It's a safe space to gain insight, set achievable goals, and take action toward positive change.

The duration of therapy varies depending on individual needs and goals. Some will find benefit in short-term therapy, while others opt for longer-term or ongoing support. Ultimately, the length of therapy is a collaborative decision between you and your therapist. My goal is to improve your well-being as efficiently and effectively as possible, empowering you to become your own therapist over time.

My rates are $205 for a 50 minute therapy session, and $225 for a 60 minute diagnostic assessment. Fees are due at the time of service. I am an out-of-network provider but provide superbills for potential insurance reimbursement.
-
I am considered an out-of-network provider, meaning that I do not directly accept insurance. This allows us to craft a treatment plan and focus on what is in your best interest rather than an insurance company dictating your care. I do provide superbills upon request for your convenience. A superbill is a detailed invoice that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
